Fingal Planning Consultants were established in 1999 by Emmett Tolan specialising in the residential/commercial sectors. The company was set up on the strengths and wealth of experience gained in a wide variety of projects in the construction industry over the past twenty five years. Special attention is paid on individual projects to detailed design and quality of finish. Since its formation, Fingal Planning Consultants has developed a vast client base, which includes corporate, community and private sector projects
